Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

At NATIVE SOL we ensure that all our products are packaged quickly and carefully so that they are delivered to you as promptly as possible. All orders are sent off within 2 business days and we use Australia Post Express Parcel Post. Shipping times estimated between 1-7 business days, depending on your location. NATIVE SOL only ships within Australia.

NATIVE SOL is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. We will email you a tracking number within one business day after your order is shipped, watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours! Please note we are unable to re-direct orders once they have been despatched. 

RETURNS

NATIVE SOL accepts returns within 14 days of receiving goods for a Store Credit (minus shipping costs) or Exchange (size) for clothing only. Items must be in original condition, including tags and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return does not reach us safely we will not be able to offer a credit, so it is recommended to use a tracked shipping method for safe delivery. Please contact us at hello@nativesol.com when returning goods so we know to expect your return. Please note we do not offer returns unless faulty for homewares, bags or jewellery so please purchase carefully.

We want to ensure consumer confidence when shopping with us so if you require any further information about any of our products, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@nativesol.com. If you are unhappy with any of our products purchased, we are happy to discuss the details further with you. However all returns enquiries are to be submitted within 7 days of receiving your goods. 

All sale items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items so please choose carefully.

FAULTY ITEMS

Every product sent out at NATIVE SOL is quality checked. However, if you receive a faulty product, we will happily replace it or offer a refund using the same method of payment. In order to receive this, all return enquiries will need to be submitted within a 7 day period of receiving the damaged goods. Please note that wear & tear, as well as natural markings on leather goods, is not considered manufacturing faults.
